• Eleven years experience in the grueling Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Profession. Earned a prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute (Member Appraisal Institute). Appraised investment grade commercial properties in Dallas/Ft. Worth and other metropolitan cities.
• Two years experience as a professional account manager (sales) for Tenneco Packaging in Arlington Texas. Sold corrugated packaging (boxes) in the Metroplex and East Texas.
• Real estate sales since 1996 in the Greater Cedar Creek Lake area.
• Broker owner of Excite Realty.com.  A premier real estate company serving the Greater Cedar Creek Lake, Lake Athens, and Richland Chambers lake areas.
